I don’t know about you but 2009 went by fast as heck for me. I sometimes reflect and wonder if I did the best I could have done this year.

No one can tell you what the heck to do.

The thing I figured out is that in life WE ALL get pulled buy some thought/force/feeling that causes us emotions and makes us react a certain way

If your looking to make changes now is a great time, dont wait any longer to say your going to…quit smoking, lose weight, make more money, find the right person, start a business, go to school, work on your relationship, and the list goes on and on!

Secretly you know what it is you need to do…

Baby steps…but there is no better time than NOW!

As we wind down 2009 I want you to start reflecting on using gratitude to position you for 2010.

1. BE THANKFUL-

Be very very greatful, this area is sometimes so easily missed because of our day to day routine. Don’t get it twisted, this is key. Even if things seem super dismal, there is a seed of hope. The problem is sometimes we dont want to hear this ish because we are so busy being worried with the issue or problem, which makes us say F IT.
I can’t tell you what the silver lining is but there is usually one.

There was a time you had a smile on your face, start with what that felt like and blow it up emotionally. (Charge it Up)

2. Get on L.S.D.

LOVE SERVICE AND DEDCATION

Love says it all, love for yourself and others.

Service to others and helping others and sometimes putting others first.

Dedication to follow through and be disciplined to do what you say and say what you do.
Not only when its convienient.

Joe Schroeder put me on to LSD and I’m hooked.

3. Have Fun-

Things don’t have to be so rigid, let loose be you and just chill. You can still have fun and become aware of self. You gotta DANCE and be free! Let LOOSE! LAUGH!
Let the KID inside of you BE!

I challenge you to make moves and do something no matter what it is.
